Jim Garvey and his wife, Tang Di, have been residents of Sleepy Hollow for 30 years, raising their two children in both the Philipse Manor and Sleepy Hollow Manor neighborhoods. They are soon planning to move to the Edge-on-Hudson development. Jim recently retired from a career in financial services, where he focused on investing and restructuring corporate and sovereign debt obligations in the emerging markets, with a significant focus on Latin America. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from St. Michael's College and an MBA from The American University.

Jim is committed to ensuring Sleepy Hollow remains a vibrant and diverse community, characterized by safe and clean streets, strong infrastructure, and stable finances.
